Case StudiesThe science fiction writer William Gibson is reported to have once said, "The future is already here; it just isn't evenly distributed." In the course of our work we have seen a wide spectrum of fascinating examples of the "new work environment" that are already in existence. We are in the process of compiling case studies from our 2002/3 project year and will make them available free of charge shortly. Article ReprintsDuring the 2002/3 year we wrote a number of short articles about the future of work that first appeared in our electronic newsletter The Future of Work Now (which has been replaced by the Future of Work Journal and Future of Work News The best of the 2002/3 articles are available here, either for reading online or for downloading. Speakers BureauWe are frequently asked to help Our Members, clients, and friends find keynote speakers for management meetings, industry associations, and other educational events. The Live/Work ProjectThe purpose of the project is to provide a living laboratory for all disciplines interested in evaluating design options for their products and services. It will be a place to try things out and evaluate their effectiveness and efficiency. It will be a showcase for technology, furniture, and interior design schemas that epitomize the integrated live/work place of the 21st Century. It will be a place to bring people so they can experience the workplace of the future.
