Lodging

The World Congress hotel is the Hotel Monaco, a beautiful boutique-style hotel in San Francisco's historic Union Square area. We have arranged a special room rate of $189. per night, but you must make your reservations by February 20th.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. You may cancel without penalty until February 15, 2004, after which a $150 cancellation will be charged. Cancellations after March 10, 2004 or no-shows will be charged the full conference registration fee of $895.
