Future of Work is sponsored and managed by The Future of Work Institute, our legal entity. We conduct research, build and employ management tools and diagnostic instruments, convene roundtables and workshops, publish white papers and articles, and provide our organizational clients and public officials with guidance about the changing nature of work and how to manage it. Our HistoryThe Work Design Collaborative, which launched and managed Future of Work, from 2002 to 2010, became The Future of Work Institute (FWI) on January 1, 2011. Our Executive DirectorJim Ware serves as Executive Director of the Future of Work Institute and its various programs. The Institute operates as a "work design" studio dedicated to creating busiuness value by bringing the future of work. |
